Choose your platform, download the installer, and label your first batch before your coffee cools! Currently, the software is available for Windows 10 and 11. If your system detects our BoundMiSetup.exe file as an unknown or harmful file, please don't worry. This is because we haven't yet submitted the file to Windows Defender, and it is a new application. That's why Windows may flag it as harmful. When downloading from our website (boundmi.com), always check for "https://" before the domain name or look for a lock symbol to ensure you're on a secure site. Thank you for your understanding!

What’s in this build

This release focuses on speed, stability, and export fidelity. You get rectangles for detection, polygons for segmentation, keyboard-first editing, and exports that plug into COCO, YOLO, JSON, VGG, VOC, CSV, and PNG masks. Everything runs locally; online features are opt-in.

Checksums & integrity

We publish SHA-256 checksums for each build. Verify before running if you’re in a sensitive environment. If a checksum doesn’t match, delete the file and re-download.

Included vs add-ons

The core app has everything you need to annotate and export. Add-ons layer on focused features like extra exporters or bulk utilities. Install add-ons later without reinstalling BoundMi.

First-time tips

1. Open a folder with images; BoundMi creates a small project file alongside them.
2. Press V to draw boxes; switch to polygons when you need precision.
3. Use the label list with autocomplete; add your own labels instantly.
4. Export to COCO/YOLO/JSON/VGG/VOC/CSV from the menu; the app writes to exports/.
5. Optionally connect an AI endpoint for proposals — totally skippable.

Why the download is small

No bloated runtime, no background daemons, no telemetry collector. Your CPU and GPU render the canvas and shapes — not dashboards.

We document changes in a human-readable changelog. If you hit a snag, email support@boundmi.com with your OS, app version, and a short description. We ship small fixes quickly.
